Deposits and More
A deposit of 25% of the estimated contract will be required to confirm your wedding ceremony and or reception space as definite. This deposit will be applied towards your final bill at full value. The subsequent schedule of payments will be set forth in your catering contract. The balance is to be paid in full two weeks prior to your function. In the event that your function cancels, cancellation policies will apply. Any function exceeding the five hour limit will be charged $250.00++ for every extra hour.

Guarantee
Once you have contracted to hold your reception at the Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort, the hotel will allow up to a 10% attrition in total attendance to your agreed upon expected number without penalty. Group must produce at least 90% of anticipated banquet food and beverage revenue. Any deficit will be billed to the group's master account as liquidated damages for underperformance, plus taxes and service charges. The final guarantee is required 72 hours prior to the event date. The remaining balance due is to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event by cash, credit card, cashier's check or money order. Charges will be based on your final number or actual attendance, whichever is greater. In the event that no guarantee is given, the expected number of attendees as listed on your event order will be considered your guarantee. We will set for 5% above the final guarantee.

Menu and Alcohol Selection
All food and beverage must be supplied and serviced by the Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort. Arizona State Tax and customary service charges will be added to all food and beverage items. Due to uncertain market conditions, all prices are subjected to change, and substitutions may be necessary. Please keep in mind, final prices are subjected to change, and substitutions may be necessary. Please keep in mind, final prices cannot be guaranteed more than six months prior to your function date. Please alert us to any special dietary requirements an individual guest may have.

The Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort is the only licensee authorized to sell, serve or furnish liquor, beer and wine on these premises. This hotel strictly adheres to Arizona State Laws regarding liquor service and reserves the right to serve beverages with discretion.

Linen, China, Decorations and Favors

The Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort will provide white cotton table linens and napkins, mirror tiles and votives as well as white china. Wedding favors, place cards and additional decorations are the responsibility of the guest to store, place and remove at the conclusion of the event.

Security
The Francisco Grande Hotel and Golf Resort is not responsible for the damage or loss of any equipment, materials or articles left in the hotel unattended. Special security services can be arranged in advance through your Catering Professional. Additional security will be required at the determination of the hotel. This will be charged to the client at $35.00 an hour.
